"Giving children a chance to enjoy their rights in society,” is PENAH’s goal. It proposes to assist the children by providing them, among others, educational lessons. After school students of all ages go to PENAH and partake in music, computer, and dance classes, while other draw and some do their homework. The atmosphere is childish. Smaller children, wander here and there, jiggling, while others lined up on benches to work.
