Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe alongside Michelle Bachelet in Chile

Michelle Bachelet, the first woman to rule a South American country between 2006 and 2010, was sworn in as President of Chile on Tuesday, March 11, 2014.. As a sign of support, the country was represented by Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe, who intends to further strengthen the relationships between the two countries.
