Martelly, Lamothe, and Desras calm the waters

President Martelly was present in Parliament on Monday, January 13th. While Prime Minister Lamothe delivered his annual report before the National Assembly, the Head of State, Dieuseul Simon Desras, President of the Senate, and President of the National Assembly, called for "unity and dialogue," saying that the disputes are useless.
