Digicel obtains the acquisition of underwater fiber optics in the Caribbean

Digicel will acquire Middle Caribbean Network, Southern Caribbean Fibre, Caribbean Crossings, and lots of shares in "Global Caribbean Fibre". This agreement will allow Digicel to have its own exclusive access through underwater fiber optic cables approximately 2,100 kilometers from Trinidad to Guadeloupe. Digicel has also signed an agreement with Global Caribbean Fibre and Global Caribbean Network to provide underwater fiber optics from Guadeloupe to Puerto Rico with a connection from the United States. With these new capabilities, Digicel affi
