Dr. Ginette Rivière Lubin elected president of the ASPHA

Born in the town of Madian, commune of Petite Riviére de Nippes, Dr. Ginette Lubin Rivière has been elected president of the Association of Public Health of Haiti (ASPHA in French). This organization which promotes health, elected a woman as its head. The newly elected President unveiled the major outlines of her mandate.
