This exception will give organizers the opportunity to celebrate International Women's Day by putting women in the spotlight on March 8th at all festival venues. The 11th edition will feature artists from many countries including Germany, Belgium, Canada, Chili, Cuba, Spain, France, Mexico, Panama, Switzerland, and the United States.
