The PNH and the BINUH Discuss Strengthening Their Cooperation

The Acting Director General of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), Vladimir Paraison, received, on Friday, October 16, 2026, in Tabarre, a delegation from the United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti (BINUH), led by Briguitta Von Messling, head of the Community Violence Reduction/Demobilization, Disarmament, and Reintegration (CVR/DDR) section. The discussions focused on strengthening cooperation between the two institutions, particularly in the areas of gender, child protection, community policing, human rights, intelligence, and electoral security.<\/p>
