The holder of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour (MAST), Marc-Élie Nelson, has inaugurated a vocational training center for work and employment in Saint-Michel-de-l’Attalaye, in the Artibonite department. According to the ministry, this three-year project aims to train 350 beneficiaries to facilitate their integration into the job market. It represents a projected investment of 254.8 million gourdes, financed by the public treasury through the MAST’s public investment program.
