UEH Hosts Fourth Distinguished Lecture on Constitutional Reform

The issue of the Constitution was once again at the center of an academic debate on Friday, July 31, 2026, during the fourth keynote conference organized by the Rectorate of the State University of Haiti (UEH) around the theme: “A Comparative Reading of Four Constitutional Documents.” The event, organized under the auspices of the Monferrier Dorval Chair of Constitutional Law, was held at the Rectorate in the presence of several members of the UEH Council, including Rector Dieuseul Prédélus.
