Toward Improved Funding for Higher Education in Haiti

The Haitian State should establish structures to finance both public and private higher education institutions, argued Guichard Doré, a guest on Panel Magik, on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.

As higher education institutions are suffering from the deteriorating security climate prevailing in the country, Guichard Doré called on the State to address the issue of funding for these training centers.
