Haiti holds its breath as the 34th tropical wave of the season has developed into a tropical storm named Melissa. According to a bulletin issued by Haiti’s Hydrometeorological Unit (UHM), the country could find itself on the path of this storm, which may strengthen within the next 24 to 48 hours.
