RNDDH Reports 24 Armed Attacks in Artibonite Since the Start of the Year

In 2025, the Artibonite department has become one of the epicenters of the armed violence shaking the country. In a report published on Thursday, October 9, 2025, the National Human Rights Defense Network (RNDDH) presented an alarming assessment of a series of unprecedentedly intense attacks that occurred between January and September, warning of a rapid deterioration in security.
