The Haitian National Police (PNH) has opened an investigation following a gruesome discovery that occurred between Tuesday, May 12, and Wednesday, May 13, 2025, in Torcel, stronghold of the Kraze Baryè gang led by Vitelhomme Innocent.

The Haitian National Police (PNH) has opened an investigation following a gruesome discovery that occurred between Tuesday, May 12, and Wednesday, May 13, 2025, in Torcel, stronghold of the Kraze Baryè gang led by Vitelhomme Innocent. Two mutilated bodies, a man and a woman, were found with their vital organs and intestines removed.

According to the initial findings of the police investigation, it was a methodical extraction: two lungs, two kidneys, two livers, and a heart were removed.
