Patrice Dalencourt: “Haiti’s Knowledge Transfer Is Fragmented”

Schools, universities, and other training centers in Haiti are paying a heavy price due to criminal attacks. Looting, arson, and the total destruction of educational facilities—these attacks are numerous and varied. While the transmission of knowledge in Haiti has not come to a complete halt despite the context of armed violence imposed by gangs, its future remains uncertain, according to educator Patrice Dalencourt.
