OAS: Haiti's Situation on the Agenda

Another significant point during this special session was the acceptance of the Republic of Kenya as a permanent observer of the OAS. Its request was approved on Wednesday, June 5. This decision will enable the OAS to collaborate with Kenya in the deployment of the Multinational Security Support Mission following Resolution 1237 adopted on November 17, 2023.
