Three days before the first month since the installation of the Presidential Transition Council on May 25th and until the publication of this edition of Le Nouvelliste, no legal act exists on who presides over or coordinates the PTC. Nothing has yet been published in the official journal Le Moniteur. Not even minutes of the election that did not take place.

No legal act sets the principle of rotating presidency that councilors claim to have adopted. Much less the majority of 5 out of 7 members to replace the current 4 out of 7.
