Francophonie Secretary General Applauds Formation of Presidential Transition Council

Following the United Nations and Caricom, it's now the turn of the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF) to express support for the ongoing political transition process in Haiti. In a press release issued on Sunday, April 14, 2024, the Secretary General of La Francophonie, Ms. Louise Mushikiwabo, commended the publication of the decree establishing the Presidential Transition Council (CPT) in Haiti, in accordance with the Political Accord for a Peaceful and Orderly Transition of April 3, 2024.
