Stéphanie Mondestin, the former Deputy General Director of ONA, was arrested on Thursday, November 23, 2023, at Toussaint Louverture International Airport. Madame Mondestin, implicated in a corruption unit report, was preparing to leave the country. She was detained at the airport sub-police station before being transferred to the Delmas 33 police station.
