The appeal filed last March by the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) against the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in favor of Yves (Dadou) Jean Bart has been rejected by the Swiss justice system. A ruling issued by the first civil court of the Federal Tribunal on June 28th was made public on Monday, July 3rd.
