The municipality of Carrefour is experiencing a dark moment with armed gangs causing chaos for over forty-eight hours. A police officer was killed, confirmed the spokesperson of the National Police of Haiti, Garry Desrosiers, in a press conference on Wednesday, May 31, 2023.
