Haiti qualifies for CONCACAF phase

After the stunning victory against St. Lucia [5-1] in Curacao on October 22nd, our national team led by former Haitian international player Wilfrid Montilas won the match against Cuba [2-1] in the final Caribbean Football Union (CFU) tournament match on October 24th.

This second victory qualifies Haiti for the final phase of qualifying for the FIFA World Cup while hoisting our national team in the semifinals of the Caribbean Cup of Nations to be held in Curacao. With 6 points, Haiti still leads Group B and is already assured of qualifying for the CONCACAF phase.
