Emmanuel Pierre-Antoine, dancer of Haitian descent has been crowned as the first black world champion within these categories. His passion for the arts began at the Harry Policard Institure de Danse Sociales at the age of 18. The audience was moved to tears when the professor, Harry Policard, spoke endearing words of joys as one of his promising students had reached the height that dancers dream of.
Everyone in attendance was personally greeted by the formidable dancer himself “Thank you for celebrating with me tonight, it is truly an honor.”
