The General Directorate of the General Customs Administration (AGD), through three memorandums published on October 10, 2023, informed customs office directors that, following the instructions of the Minister of Economy and Finance, new measures have been implemented regarding imported or exported goods, in accordance with Article 299, paragraphs 10 and 12 of the Customs Code dated March 21, 2023.
It is now prohibited to upload non-printed documents, such as blank pages or scanned printed documents unrelated to the imported or expo
