Dry Port and Transshipment of Goods to Haiti, the State Reminds of Its Ban

"The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) reminds the General Administration of Customs (AGD) that the Haitian state does not recognize, on the territory of the Dominican Republic, any dry port or any mechanism for transshipment or transit of goods from third countries destined for the Republic of Haiti," reads a communiqué signed by the Minister of Economy and Finance, Serge Gabriel Collin, dated September 30, 2026.
