Economist Etzer Emile: Haitian Government Unwilling to Address Insecurity Problem

Speaking on the Panel Magik program on Radio Magik 9 on Friday, August 25, economist Etzer Emile discussed various reasons why he believes the Haitian Government lacks the will to resolve the issue of insecurity. Absence of a security plan, intelligence services, and inadequate equipment within the Haitian National Police are among the arguments he put forth.

Economist Etzer Emile expressed concern that the Haitian Government has not shown any signals demonstrating its willingness to put an end to the issue of insecurity in the country.
