Two new appointments within the high command of the PNH

Following the instructions of the Acting Director General of the Haitian National Police (PNH), André Jonas Vladimir Paraison, two officials of the institution were appointed this Thursday. These are Inspector General Plonquet Joseph, installed as the new Chief of Staff of the Acting Director General of the PNH, and Inspector General Joachim Prophète, appointed as the coordinator of the PNH Electoral Cell, succeeding Plonquet Joseph. According to the PNH, these adjustments are part of the ongoing reorganization of its high command.
