Twelve magistrates have not been certified by the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ) from a list of 112 files submitted by the Technical Certification Commission (CTC) for certification. These magistrates have been dismissed from the judiciary for incompetence and/or lack of professional integrity.
