The Haitian National Police (PNH) is calling on former residents of neighborhoods occupied by bandits not to return there despite the message issued by the leader of the criminal coalition “Viv Ansanm,” Jimmy Chérizier, alias Barbecue.
It was in a video message lasting one minute and 54 seconds, published on Facebook in the early afternoon of Saturday, August 30, that the PNH issued this warning to the population of the areas that had until now been occupied by the bandits of the “Viv Ansanm” criminal
