Security Cooperation: The General Director of the PNH Meets with the Head of the Canadian Police Contingent

The General Director of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), Vladimir Paraison, met on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, with Superintendent Jean-François Campeau, the new head of the Canadian police contingent in Haiti. The meeting took place in the presence of his predecessor Pascal Courtemanche and members of the high command. Discussions focused on strengthening the operational capabilities of the PNH and expanding the technical training offered by Canada, particularly in the field of new technologies applied to public safety.
