Towards the Public Disclosure of Asset Declarations for Greater Transparency

Anti-corruption unit (ULCC) organized a panel discussion on Thursday, February 13, 2025, on the theme “The Publicity of Asset Declarations: Towards a Measured Transparency.” Held in collaboration with the Barreau de l’Ordre des Avocats de Port-au-Prince, this discussion brought together legal experts, public institutions, and civil society actors.

The ULCC’s panel discussion was part of the third annual edition of the Journée de Déclaration de Patrimoine. The event featured two main discussion panels.
