For about two weeks, both the main and secondary doors of the headquarters of the Artibonite Valley Development Organization (ODVA) have been closed due to an active protest by employees and contractors demanding the dismissal of agronomist Frantz Jean-Mary "because of his numerous administrative irregularities and abusive behavior."
