Artibonite: consultation meeting held by the MPCE

The head of the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE), Sandra Paulemon, gathered local authorities, decentralized services, civil society, and partners on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, in Ennery, around the departmental consultation table of Artibonite. According to a statement from the ministry, Ms. Paulemon highlighted the strategic role of the department, its agricultural and heritage assets, while calling for transforming these potentials into concrete development.
