Prime Minister Garry Conille stepped out of his usual sphere between the upper parts of Port-au-Prince and Pétion-Ville for the first time, taking a flight to Cap-Haïtien.
During this unannounced visit, which comes just days after numerous commemorations in Cap-Haïtien, the Prime Minister focused on holding meetings and visiting a few of the city's institutions.
However, Garry Conille made no project announcements nor did he unveil any promises for new initiatives in Cap-Haïtien.
