"Prison or Cemetery for Gangs," Urge Five Civil Society Organizations

"Armed gangs that terrorize the Haitian population belong either in prison or the cemetery," declared civil society organizations, rejecting the idea of Prime Minister Conille engaging in dialogue with armed groups.
