La Saline massacre: Pierre Richard Duplan and Arnel Bélizaire questioned by investigating judge Jean Wilner Morin

Investigating Judge Jean Wilner Morin heard former West departmental delegate Pierre Richard Duplan in his office on July 17, 2023, as part of the investigation into the La Saline massacre. 71 people had been murdered in La Saline on November 13, 2018, by gangs reputedly close to Jovenel Moïse's government. Pierre Richard Duplan and Fednel Monchery, two government officials at the time, were accused of involvement in the massacre. The former deputy for Delmas-Tabarre, Arnel Bélizaire, was also questioned on July 18.

Former West departmental delegate Pierre Richard Duplan, accused as one of the intellectual authors of the La Saline massacre, answered questions from judge Jean Wilner Morin, who is investigating the La Saline massacre perpetrated in November 2018.
