ZEP countries go to war against poverty

On Tuesday, April 8th, Thomas Jacques, Minister of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Rural Development, and Marie Carmelle Rose Anne Auguste, Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister in Charge of Human Rights and the Fight against Poverty, shared the works accomplished during the meeting that followed the 2nd Extraordinary ALBA-TCP Summit, held by PetroCaribe in Caracas on April 3-4, 2014. The 18 countries represented established an action plan to eradicate poverty in Latin America and the Caribbean by 2025.
