The Court of Appeal of Port-au-Prince confirmed, in a ruling delivered on October 26, 2026, the referral of Mr. Marc Antoine Acra, Sébastien François Xavier Acra, and Fedner Doliscar, alias "Surpris," to the criminal court sitting without a jury. The first two are being prosecuted for illicit drug trafficking, while the third is referred for complicity in this offense. The court also ordered their apprehension for potential incarceration, should they not already be in detention.
