To curb food insecurity in its tracks, the Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Rural Development (MARNDR) launched, on Friday, October 9, 2026, in collaboration with its financial partners, the metropolitan area component of Port-au-Prince (ZMPP) of Phase II of the Multi-sectoral Food and Nutritional Security Program (PMSAN II) in Delmas 83, at the premises of the National Food Security Coordination (CNSA).
