A former candidate in the 2016 presidential election under the banner of Rendez-vous, Pastor Joseph Maxo is making another bid. Founder of the Vision for Haiti and the World (VIHAMO) party, he is among the candidates registered on the online platform of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP).
