The Bureau of Consultation and Research in Legistics (BUCREL) encourages, in a note, a general evaluation of the electoral process, particularly its legal framework, schedule, and actual conditions of implementation. "This evaluation would not aim to interrupt it, but to create the conditions allowing its continuity without interruption, within a legally coherent and operationally realistic framework," it specifies. The approach should also "simultaneously determine the provisions of the electoral decree that need to be amended, the operations that remain feasible, the necessary deadlines for their accomplishment, and the essential security conditions for their implementation," adds BUCREL.
