The National Human Rights Defense Network (RNDDH) opened, on Thursday, September 10, 2026, two days of reflection devoted to the consequences of the decrees adopted in December 2025 on Haitian civic space.
The first day, organized at the organization’s offices on Rivière Street, focused on the decree governing the exercise of freedom of expression and punishing defamation and press offenses.
