Better to have open schools

This September 7 marks the official opening of classes in Haiti across the entire territory.

Of course, with the security situation as it is, some schools will keep their doors closed. Either because no one dares to go there anymore, the area having become too dangerous or completely abandoned, or because the school itself exists only in name.

In some establishments, there are no doors, no benches, no blackboards. Nothing remains to remind us that a school once had its home in these places.
