The CSCCA Grants Until September 18 to Submit State Contract Projects

The Superior Court of Accounts and Administrative Litigation (CSCCA) sets September 18, 2026, as the deadline for the submission of contract projects to which the Haitian state is a party. In a notice published on Thursday, September 3, 2026, it reminds public institutions that these contracts must be submitted for its control before any execution, in accordance with the amended 1987 Constitution and the decree of November 23, 2005. Furthermore, the Court specifies that it does not intervene in contracts already executed or in progress and urges the concerned institutions to comply with the existing legal provisions.<\/p>
