MPCE Tour in the Great North

A delegation from the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE), led by Minister Sandra Paulemon, is conducting a tour in the Great North of the country from September 3 to 7, 2026. This initiative aims to bring public action closer to local territories and to strengthen the capacities of the decentralized state structures, the MPCE specifies in a note. The minister aims to involve departmental directors more in the planning of development. As part of this tour, departmental roundtables are scheduled, providing spaces for dialogue and consultation that allow local stakeholders to participate in discussions about the challenges, needs, and priorities of their territories, the ministry states.<\/p>
