Interim Venezuelan President Delcy Rodriguez assured on Wednesday that elections would take place when "Venezuela is ready," as her government and part of the opposition have begun negotiations desired by Washington, aimed at a democratic transition in the country.<\/p>
"Do not doubt it, there will be an electoral process, but when Venezuela is ready," she told the press after the signing of energy agreements in the presence of U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright.<\/p>
