As has become customary, Haiti was once again at the center of a UN Security Council meeting on Monday, July 20. Like others before her, Haitian Foreign Minister Raina Forbin reported an improvement in security conditions in Haiti during her remarks at the meeting. She also spoke of progress in preparations for the upcoming elections.
