The government led by Alix Didier Fils-Aimé carried out a wave of appointments within the public administration during the Council of Ministers held last Friday, March 20. Two former ministers from the previous cabinet were appointed as director general and ambassador. These are former Minister of Culture Patrick Delatour, appointed Director General of the National Heritage Preservation Institute (ISPAN), and the former Minister of Foreign Affairs, appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Brazil.
