The State University of Haiti (UEH) and Expertise France in Haiti signed, on February 11, 2026, a strategic memorandum of understanding aimed at strengthening academic training and research in public procurement. The agreement, financially and technically supported by the European Union, backs the Chair for Training, Studies and Research in Public Procurement as well as the Master’s program in Procurement, Management and Governance of Public Contracts.
