In total, 12,259 rounds of ammunition of all calibers and 33 firearms were seized during these operations. Several arrests were also made, and a number of bandits were killed, according to PNH spokesperson Michel-Ange Louis-Jeune.
According to him, the results achieved are the outcome of new operational strategies implemented by the PNH in collaboration with partners involved in the security chain. He welcomed the sense of “relief” felt by part of the population following the recent police actions.
