Anna Pierre died on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at around 5:00 a.m., at Plantation Hospital in Florida. The announcement of her passing was made by former Haitian-American senator Daphney Campbell on her Facebook page.

Born on July 6, 1957, in Cap-Haïtien, the third of nine children, she immigrated to the United States in 1981 and had since lived in South Florida.
